Home Tutor - Sharqan, Sharjah

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Home Tutor to support the academic needs of our four children, who are in Year 5 to Year 11. The tutor will have a comprehensive grasp of the curriculum taught at Al Ansar College and will be skilled in teaching students of varied age groups. You will be instrumental in helping our children excel in their studies, with an emphasis on

• English

• Maths

• Arabic

• Science

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized tutoring sessions to cater to each child's unique learning needs.
• Assist with all subjects, focusing on conceptual understanding, homework, and assignment guidance.
• Prepare structured lesson plans to optimize each learning session.
• Monitor the students' academic progress and provide feedback to both the students and their parents.
• Foster an enriching learning environment, stimulating curiosity, and a genuine passion for learning.
• Engage in regular dialogue with parents about any areas of concern, improvement, or suggestions for additional resources.
• Stay updated with the curriculum and instructional methods of Al Ansar College.

Work Schedule:

• Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday
• Duration: 3 hours per lesson
• Total: 12 hours per week

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject. Teaching qualifications will be a distinct advantage.
• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with diverse age groups.
• Fluent in Arabic and able to teach it effectively.
• Familiarity with the curriculum and teaching practices at Al Ansar College.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Patience, commitment, and a genuine passion for fostering growth in students.
• Ability to engage and inspire students in a home setting.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and uphold a professional conduct.

Compensation:

• Salary: 2500AED per month.

Start Date: Immediate
