Home Maintenance Technician Cum Driver
Job Description
We are Looking for experienced Home Maintenance Technician who can join immediately

Requirements:
• Must have 2 Years UAE experience
• Must have valid UAE driving license
• Must have experience in AC repairing, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, handyman and general repairs etc.
• Flexible in job timings, Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
• Planning and carrying out scheduled home maintenance.
• Responding to emergency maintenance work.
• Diagnosing faults in electronic appliances.
• Supervising contractors, and engineering and technical staff.
• Ordering specialist components, fixtures or fittings.
• Creating maintenance procedures. and reporting to direct managers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
