Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Dedicated Property Care Specialist:
• Safely and professionally drive the Group Chairman to various locations and properties within the UAE.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle for the Chairman's use.
• Coordinate and manage appointments related to the Chairman's properties.
• Manage logistics for property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling and vendor coordination (if applicable).
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance needs and service history for the Chairman's properties.
• MEP Technician:
• Respond to maintenance and repair requests for the Chairman's properties.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, and building structures.
• Conduct safe and efficient repairs, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the Chairman's property systems.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all work performed.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering or a closely related field.
• Valid UAE driving license with experience driving a four-wheel drive vehicle.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record and a strong safety focus.
• Prior experience in plumbing, electrical, and building repair work is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of building maintenance principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all situations.
• Physically fit and able to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Proficiency in using basic hand tools and equipment for repairs.
• Preferred: Owning a reliable car for work purposes.
• Essential: Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Essential: Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
