Job Description
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nurse. As a Home Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing personalized and quality nursing care to a patient in at home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.Responsibilities: * Assess patients\' medical condition and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor vital signs and provide ongoing assessment of patients\' health status.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and protocols.
- Report any changes in patients\' condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Care Nurse
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as required.
