Job Purpose:

To provide 24/7 care and assistance to patients in their homes, ensuring their well-being, comfort, and safety. The role involves supporting daily living activities, monitoring basic health conditions, and offering companionship. Accommodation is provided to ensure constant availability for patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care :
• Assist patients with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support with mobility needs, including transfers, repositioning, and walking.
• Administer basic care under supervision or as instructed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitoring :
• Observe and report significant changes in the patient's condition to the family or supervisor.
• Monitor basic health indicators like temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate.
• Daily Living Assistance :
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required.
• Ensure medications are taken on time as per instructions.
• Manage light housekeeping tasks related to patient care and maintain cleanliness in the patient's living space.
• Companionship :
• Provide emotional support and engage the patient in conversation or light activities to improve mental well-being.
• Availability :
• Be present and accessible at all times to address patient needs promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Language : Fluent in Arabic; basic English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience : Prior caregiving experience preferred but not mandatory; willingness to undergo training is essential.
• Skills :
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to handle physical tasks like lifting or supporting patients safely.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of reliability and trustworthiness.

Requirements:

• Female, Arabic nationality.
• No professional nursing license required.
• Willingness to reside full-time with the patient in the provided accommodation.
• Flexible and adaptable to patient needs.

Work Conditions:

• Accommodation provided in the patient's home.
• Meals included (or an allowance provided).
• May require occasional assistance with nighttime care.
