Job Description
sOne of our reputed partner is currently looking for Male Home Care Nurse.The main responsilbity is providing high-quality, compassionate medical care to patients in their homes. This role involves assessing patient health, creating care plans, administering medications. Also should be able to address all the caregivers\xe2\x80\x99 concerns and make appropriate adjustments to the patients\xe2\x80\x99 in-home management plan.Requirements
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- A DHA License is preferable but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift and move patients or equipment as needed.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, such as bending, standing, and walking, for extended periods.
- Ability to handle potentially hazardous materials and situations safely.
- Proven experience as a Nurse in a home care setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
