Job Title: Leisure ConsultantDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentReports To: ManagerVersion:02 -Job Purpose:We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Leisure Consultant to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible to guide clients in creating memorable leisure travel experiences by providing expert advice, planning services, and personalized itineraries to meet diverse preferences.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations on holiday destinations, accommodations, and activities.
  • Assist clients in planning and booking their holiday travel, including flights, hotels, transfers, and excursions.
  • Understand and address client needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Handle all aspects of holiday bookings, including reservations, confirmations, and modifications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure accurate and timely arrangements.
  • Prepare and deliver travel documents, itineraries, and confirmations to clients.
  • Offer exceptional customer service and support throughout the booking process and during travel.
  • Follow up with client\'s post-travel to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Promote and up-sell holiday packages, special offers, and add-on services to clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination information, and promotional deals.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, client interactions, and financial transactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Work closely with other team members to share knowledge, support each other, and achieve sales targets.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and skills.
Operational excellence:
  • Utilize travel bookings systems and software efficiently.
  • Implement and follow standard operating procedures for consistent service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

Education:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Travel Associate (CTA) or Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) are advantageous.CerCerTop of Form
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a leisure consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of holiday destinations, travel products and booking systems.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Travel Management System, analytical tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution System) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
