Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Holiday Supervisor for our Travel Agency.

• Proven work experience in a travel agency in UAE.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
• Promoting and marketing the business.
• Should be energetic and passionate to bring new customers.
• Fully acknowledge with hotel booking/ holiday packages/ cruise/ visit visa and Schengen visas as well.
• Fully acknowledge with Hajj & Umrah Visa process.
• Fully acknowledge with Outbound tour packages.
• Fully acknowledge with Inbound Tour Manage.
• Productivity & Efficiency.
• Should be Proven track record of B2B and Corporate travel.
• Responsible for supporting the operational recommendations to achieve customer service.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years experience of successful Inbound and Outbound package operate in the travel and tourism Industry, UAE MANDATORY.
• UAE Driving License ( Advantage)
• Holiday Supervisor working proven track record.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills? Self-motivated, energetic and able to achieve high results.
• Passionate customer-focused attitude and strong negotiation and rapport building skills.
• Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills.
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
