Responsibilities: - Maintain contact with the clients to obtain feedback with product/service quality. - Assist clients in resolving issues and complains. - Build up great relationship with the client to facilitate increased revenue. - Monitor contract details to notify and assist with process of agreement renewal. - Reduce cancelation rate. - Liaise with other Head of Departments to discuss business plans necessary for enhancing sales performance. - Coordinate the customer service operations to ensure clients attended as per customer service standards. - Ensure compliance with company policies when carrying out job duties. Requirements:
English & Russian language - fluent
Proficient in MS Office
Experience in the similar role in Holiday Homes sector
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
