Holiday Homes Operations Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:
• Warmly welcome guests and provide a professional introduction to the property and its amenities.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring guest comfort.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Property Inspections:
• Conduct property inspections before and after guest stays to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Submit inspection reports and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
• Provide clear information about property rules and safety procedures.
Operations Management & Interior Styling:
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations.
• Oversee the furnishing and interior design of properties to ensure they meet company standards and appeal to guests.
• Assist with tasks such as property viewings, key management, and transportation as needed and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in holiday homes industry / Hospitality .
• Experience with interior design and furnishing is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and professionalism.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Must Have Valid UAE driving licence with own Car

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
