Job Title: Holiday Homes Manager

Overview:
We are hiring a Holiday Homes Manager for our Dubai-based company. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing holiday homes in Dubai and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including onboarding, operations, reservations, and administration. Reporting directly to the CEO, this person will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensure smooth operations, and maintain high standards across all properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operations Management
• Oversee daily operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, housekeeping schedules, and maintenance.
• Ensure all properties are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready at all times.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and supplies.
• Guest Experience
• Manage guest interactions, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to post-stay feedback.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and build loyalty.
• Team Leadership
• Supervise and train the team, including housekeeping and operations staff.
• Delegate tasks efficiently, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure all properties comply with Dubai's holiday home regulations and licensing requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property registrations, permits, and compliance.
• Revenue Management
• Optimize property occupancy rates through effective pricing strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor revenue performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee booking platforms and manage online listings to maximize visibility and bookings.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in holiday home management in Dubai , with at least 2 years in a managerial role .
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Dubai's holiday home regulations , market trends, and booking platforms.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using property management software and online booking platforms.
• Professional, presentable, and punctual.
• Leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage teams and operations effectively.
• Residency: Must have lived in Dubai for at least 5 years .
