Key Responsibilities:
Your role will be vital in team communication and making sure our guests, our landlords and last but not at least our team members have the enriching experience with us while keeping in check with BDM our portfolio by onboarding new properties.
Communication: First and foremost responsibility is the best communication within the team and get whatever help is needed within the team or outside.
Market Research: Staying update with rules and regulations. Also monitioring market trends to ensure competitive pricing and implement discounts for maximum occupancy and making strategies for further seasons.
Guest Relations: Ensuring that team is responding on time to inquiries, manage reservations, cancellations, and address any customer concerns.
Social Media Marketing: Following up with team for daily and monthly content calendar is being implemented by team on all social media platforms to enhance visibility.
Collaboration: Work closely with building management to secure necessary permits and facilitate smooth client check-ins.
Key Management: Handle the collection, handover, and storage of property keys, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
Issue Resolution: Help admin to address any damage claims and provide documentation to support follow-up actions.
Properties excellence: Ensuring that cleaning is conducted thoroughly, conducting property inspections, and following up as needed. Additionally, confirming that everything listed is provided and maintained in excellent condition.
-Business Development: Identify new rental opportunities and work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) for team to maintain and to grow our portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 2 years Experience in Holiday Homes or Short-Term Leasing Management
- Motivated for hospitality business and have sense of value to add values in lives.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Excel, calendar management and CRM.
- Background in real estate is essential
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A polished and professional demeanor
- Proven outbound sales experience
