We are looking to hire experienced Guest Relations & Operations Executive, to take care of 10 apartments managed as holiday homes. We have plan to grow bigger, and onboard up to 100 units, so we look for someone who is looking to have the passion and grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
1. check in the guest following workflow (on field)
2. ?check out the guest following workflow (on field)
3. ?Registration of the guest in the building management system, according to the apartment.
4. Share ?owner statements by 10th monthly
5. ?DTCM Registration for new units onboarded
6. ?DTCM Unit permit for new units onboarded
7. ?Changing the price of advertisements on price labs and local portal such as Airbnb, Booking
8. ?Viewing of the property (if requested)
9. ?responding to guest inquires on channels or on calls
10. ?arranging cleanings with the cleaning company
11. ?Handling maintenance complaints
12. ?Handling owner's inquiries or complaints
13. Collecting or refunding payments such as booking charges, and security deposit.
14. Conduct property inspections before and after guests' stays to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.
15. Maintain a deep knowledge of the various properties in the company's portfolio, including their features, layouts, and unique selling points.
16. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolutions to any issues reported by guests.
17. Provide clear and detailed information about the property's rules, regulations, and safety procedures to ensure a secure and pleasant stay for guests.
18. Assist with additional tasks such as property viewings, key activation/deactivation, property visits, inspections, and transportation when necessary.
19. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Requirements :
• Holding UAE driving license and a personal car to be used in work.
• Experience in Holiday Homes management.
• English clear and professional oral skills.
• Customer service skills.
• CRM management.
• Be ready to join immediately
