Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgetary requirements.
• Design and customize bespoke holiday itineraries that exceed client expectations and reflect their individual travel aspirations.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on destinations, accommodations, activities, tours, and travel experiences based on client preferences and seasonal considerations.
• Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, tours, and travel insurance, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service delivery.
• Stay informed about travel trends, new destinations, and industry developments to offer innovative and unique travel experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to enhance service delivery and foster long-term client loyalty.
• Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns or issues to ensure a positive client experience throughout the travel planning process.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and financial transactions related to client bookings and travel arrangements.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Holiday Specialist or similar role in the travel industry, preferably in the UAE market.

In-depth knowledge of popular travel destinations, attractions, and travel products.

Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in travel booking systems and software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) preferred.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
