Job Responsibilities:

Listing Short term rental properties at platforms Dubizzle, Bayut and Property finder.

Coordinate with the Operation Team for Bayut True Check verification.

Register new properties in community management portals.

Request insurance quotes from Insurance market if required for Holiday Homes Operations.

Manage Digital Hotelier sheet, apply for QR stands for new properties.

Apply for utility services where necessary and Notify landlords for delayed utility payments.

Prepare contracts for landlords' signature and dispatch monthly statements to landlord.

Maintaining Google Sheets/Logs for Housekeeping, Cancellation and Review.

Request documents from Guests for Reservation.

Assist and coordinate with the operation and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.

Send reviews received from Airbnb and Booking.com to the operations group.

Follow up with the maintenance coordinator if guest complaints have been rectified.

Coordinate maintenance when required.

Purchase supplies online and arrange delivery to cleaning companies.

Send Guest arrival details to the residence management.

Apply for work permit requests, new access facility cards when needed.

Prepare DTCM NOC and generate monthly DTCM payment orders

Apply for new and renewal unit permits, cancel unit permits.

Notify accounts for DTCM payment for renewals/cancellations/new unit permits.

Manage check-ins and check-outs of guests in the DTCM portal.

Generate monthly DTCM payment orders and send QR stickers to Operations.

Requirements

Relevant experience in Holiday homes/ Short term rentals
