We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our luxury holiday home division in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local market, a proven track record in holiday home management, and the ability to identify and target clients to increase unit bookings. If you are sharp, smart, and energetic with a passion for luxury holiday homes, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
-Client Targeting:
Target unit owners to onboard them with our services, identifying and engaging high-potential clients to increase holiday home unit bookings while leveraging market insights and customer preferences.
- Strategic Planning: Create and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure cohesive strategies and optimal target achievement.
