We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Holiday Home Administrator
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth financial transactions, preparing contracts, organizing meetings, and providing comprehensive support to our holiday home business.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Transactions:
Manage accounts, process payments, and ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial activities related to holiday home operations.
Contract Preparation:
Draft, review, and manage agreements with clients, vendors, and service providers. Ensure compliance with local regulations.
Meeting Coordination:
Organize and schedule meetings with stakeholders, clients, and team members, ensuring all required documentation and materials are prepared in advance.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle general office duties, including correspondence, filing, and maintaining up-to-date records.
Client Support:
Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Compliance Management:
Ensure all properties adhere to local laws and guidelines, including licensing and permit requirements.
Inventory Oversight:
Maintain and manage inventory of supplies and furnishings for holiday homes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative roles, within the Dubai holiday homes or real estate sectors.
Strong knowledge of financial management, including invoicing and reconciliation.
Proficiency in preparing and managing contracts.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
