Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Holiday Home Website Specialist to design, develop, and manage the online presence of our holiday home business in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging website, integrating it with a booking engine, customizing it with channel managers, and promoting the website and our holiday homes on social media platforms.

This position is in office. It is NOT remote.

•Key Responsibilities•:

1. Design and develop an aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized website for our holiday homes.

2. Create compelling content for the website, including property descriptions, local attractions, and things to do in Dubai.

3. Integrate a booking engine into the website to facilitate direct bookings from customers.

4. Customize the website with channel managers to ensure seamless synchronization of bookings and availability across various platforms.

5. Implement and manage digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and generate direct bookings.

6. Manage and maintain the website to ensure smooth operation, optimal performance, and up-to-date content.

7. Track and analyze website performance, user engagement, and online marketing campaigns using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

8. Create and manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive traffic to the website.

•Qualifications and Requirements•:

1. Bachelor's degree in web design, graphic design, digital marketing, or a related field.

2. At least 3-5 years of experience in website design, development, and digital marketing.

3. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

4. Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

5. Experience with integrating booking engines and channel managers into websites.

6. Strong graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic language skills are a plus.

8. Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
