Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of inbound and outbound tours, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
• Handle international visa processes and provide guidance to clients.
• Book transportation, hotel accommodations, and other travel services on behalf of clients.
• Plan and manage large-scale events for high volumes of inbound guests.
• Execute social media marketing strategies, including video presentations, to promote travel services and destinations.
• Resolve travel-related issues, including handling complaints and managing refunds.
• Maintain accurate client information and financial records.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest travel and tourism trends to ensure clients receive the most current advice and recommendations.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in managing inbound and outbound tours, as well as handling international visas.
• In-depth knowledge of domestic and foreign travel destinations.
• Strong sales and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent understanding of the latest trends and developments in the tourism industry.
• Experience in social media marketing, including video content creation, is an advantage.
• Applicant must be under sponsored visa or residence visa cancelled ( visit visa holders are not accepted )
• preferably immediate joiners
