Job Description

Responsibilities:

Understand clients' travel preferences and recommend suitable holiday packages. Design customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities. Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance. Promote and sell holiday packages, ensuring clients receive the best value for their budget. Handle client inquiries, bookings, and payments efficiently. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to ensure smooth travel arrangements. Meet or exceed

sales targets

by effectively upselling and cross-selling travel services. Stay updated on the latest travel trends, promotions, and industry developments. Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience

in travel, tourism, or holiday package sales. Strong knowledge of international holiday destinations, including visa and travel requirements.

Sales-driven

with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets. Excellent

communication and customer service

skills. Proficiency in

English

; additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a plus. Ability to handle multiple bookings and work in a fast-paced environment.
