Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Holidays Consultant to join our Saudi office. As a Holidays Consultant, you'll play a key role in planning and customizing unforgettable holiday experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients to understand their holiday preferences and requirements

- Design and tailor personalized holiday packages, including flights, accommodations, and activities

- Provide expert destination knowledge and recommendations to clients

- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to secure competitive rates and packages

- Manage client bookings, including processing payments and handling documentation

- Ensure excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in the travel industry, preferably as a travel agent or holidays consultant

- Arabic language proficiency is must

- In-depth knowledge of destinations, including cultures, attractions, and activities

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

- Proficient in computer systems, including CRM software and online booking platforms

- Industry certifications, such as ARC, IATA, or CLIA, an asset
