KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Customer Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements to create personalized holiday packages.
2.Destination Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and holiday packages, and provide expert advice to customers.
3.Itinerary Planning: Create detailed travel itineraries, including accommodation, transportation, and activities, ensuring they align with customer preferences.
4.Booking and Reservations: Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals, and other travel arrangements while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
5.Budget Management: Assist customers in finding cost-effective travel options within their budget while maximizing the holiday experience.
6.Travel Documentation: Ensure clients have the necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance, and provide guidance on obtaining them.
7.Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support before, during, and after the trip.
8.Promotions and Specials: Stay informed about promotions, discounts, and special offers from travel suppliers and recommend them to clients when applicable.
9.Cross-Selling: Promote additional services, such as travel insurance or excursions, to enhance the customer's holiday experience.
8.Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients to continually improve our services and stay attuned to changing customer preferences.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
