Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Holiday Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a strong desire to help others create unforgettable holiday experiences. As a Holiday Consultant, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their holiday preferences and tailor-made holiday packages to suit their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine their holiday preferences, including destination, accommodation, activities, and budget
• Research and recommend holiday destinations, attractions, and experiences based on client preferences
• Create personalized holiday itineraries and packages for clients
• Coordinate bookings for flights, accommodation, tours, and activities
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the holiday planning process
• Ensure all travel arrangements are accurate and meet client expectations
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to clients during their holiday

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience as a Holiday Consultant or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of holiday destinations, attractions, and travel products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in booking systems and travel software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
