We are currently looking for a passionate Holiday Consultant responsible for converting leads into bookings, managing customer communications and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion: Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets
• Design, plan, and arrange bespoke travel packages and itineraries based on client preferences.
• Offer expert advice on destinations, accommodation, tours, and travel methods and stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination information, and safety advisories.
• Handle bookings, invoices, and issue travel documents to clients.
• Provide pre-travel and in-travel support to clients, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
• Manage relationships with travel partners and vendors to secure the best rates and services.
• Resolve any travel-related issues or complaints with professionalism and care.
• Contribute to marketing efforts and promote travel packages through various channels.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant/ Holiday Consultant, with a minimum of 2 year in the role.
• Extensive knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Strong sales skills and customer-oriented approach
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
• Attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
