Job Description
Job Overview:We seek a highly experienced and qualified Head of Finance & Accounts to join our team. As the HOD - Finance & Accounts, you will be responsible for overseeing the company\'s financial and accounting operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the economic stability and growth of the organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company\'s financial goals are met
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management
- Manage the company\'s cash flow and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees
- Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support for decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the senior management team and board of directors
- CA/ACCA Qualified
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology, telecom, or construction company
- - Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
- - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
