A bachelors degree in English with a B.Ed. or a subject-related degree with a PGCE/PGDE (preferred).
A minimum of four years of qualified teaching experience in secondary English, including a leadership role
GCSE level teaching required, A-Levels preferred.
Experience teaching GCSE English (A-Level experience preferred)
A passion for career growth, leadership, and sustainability.
The ability to share best practices and inspire excellence
Strong IT and interpersonal communication skills to engage with students and parents
