HNWI Real Estate Consultant - Department Head

The HNWI Real Estate Consultant will lead and grow our department focused on catering to high-net-worth individuals, providing top-tier real estate advisory and investment consulting. This role demands a blend of strategic insight, industry expertise, and superior interpersonal skills to foster relationships with affluent clients, including business owners, royal and family offices, C-level executives, property owners, and luxury investors.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Relationship Building

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with HNW clients, offering personalized real estate investment solutions.
• Represent the firm at high-profile networking events and develop partnerships with other luxury service providers.
• Investment Strategy and Advisory
• Offer tailored real estate investment strategies based on client profiles, financial objectives, and current market trends.
• Guide clients in portfolio diversification, risk assessment, and asset acquisition focused on high-value real estate assets.

Pay scheme: Commission based with bounce and retention amount.

• Build and lead a dedicated team focused on serving HNW clients, fostering a culture of excellence and client-focused service.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for the HNWI department, ensuring it aligns with company goals and industry best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to anticipate trends, identifying lucrative investment opportunities.
• Provide insights and reports to clients on property trends, risk factors, and potential for ROI.
• Work closely with other departments (legal, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless transaction processes and high standards of service.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all client communications and transactions.



• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth for the HNWI department by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base.
• Measure department performance through KPIs and regular reporting to the executive team.
• Proven experience in real estate consulting or wealth management, specifically with HNW clients.
• Strong knowledge of the high-end real estate market, with a track record of successful high-value transactions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to build trust with affluent clients.
• Ability to lead a team and manage department operations strategically.



• Language skills relevant to HNW client backgrounds (e.g., Arabic, French, etc.).
• Certifications in real estate, wealth management, or similar fields.
• A strong network within the luxury real estate and investment community.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
