• Continuously improve and update the HMl\'s graphics and compare with the top Design Systems in the market
• Underwrite the strategic decisions with the rest of our product programming teams
• Cooperate on projects with other experts and external suppliers
• To standardize style guide lines to create a consistent design for all HMl\'s
• To make a high- quality library of products: guidelines, Ul screen designs, assets.

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field.
• minimum 3 years of experience in same field
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous HMI design projects and demonstrating a deep understanding of usability principles.
• Experience in designing HMIs for software applications, embedded systems, or industrial control systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with usability testing methodologies and conducting user research.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Computer skills: MS Office, Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma
