Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with the development of job descriptions and job postings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Must have UAE Family book.
• Should have Completed their military service-If Applicable
