Position - Service Hostess

Location - Global Village, Dubai

Contract Duration - 7 Months

Salary - AED 1,800 - 2,000 + Accommodation & Transportation allowances + 1 time Duty meals + Incentives

Working Hours

• Weekdays: 4 PM to 12 AM
• Weekends: 4 PM to 1 AM
• 1 day rotational week-off

Joining - Immediate

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome all guests upon arrival, answer questions, and provide information about the company services
• Actively promote services and facilities to guests
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly, addressing any issues or special requests
• Work closely with team members and management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with booking reservations, if applicable, and manage guest inquiries professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic language Required
• Maintains a professional appearance and follows dress code standards.
• Willingness to collaborate and assist team members as needed.
• Interested and Experienced candidates who are ready to join immediately only needs to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
