Overview: HiTech-Machinery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our new office in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR recruitment, with a preference for experience within the machinery sector. This role is crucial for sourcing and hiring top talent to support our growing operations.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source candidates.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and company culture fit.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
