Merveille l Investments is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hiring Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, overseeing the end-to-end hiring process, and ensuring we attract and retain top talent to meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition Strategy:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company's staffing needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring requirements.
• Recruitment Process Management:
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications in line with job requirements.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
• Provide guidance on best practices in candidate evaluation and selection.
• Employer Branding:
• Promote the company as an employer of choice through effective branding initiatives.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Hiring Manager, Recruitment Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
