As a Lead Generator and SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving qualified traffic to our website and generating new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead Generation: (Real Estate)

Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies to attract potential customers.

Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to identify and engage with qualified prospects.

Utilize various marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to generate leads.

Track and analyze lead generation performance to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.

SEO:

Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant search terms.

Optimize website content, including meta descriptions, headers, and images, for search engines.

Build high-quality backlinks to improve website authority and rankings.

Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to track SEO progress and identify areas for improvement.

Content Creation:

Create engaging and informative content, such as blog posts, articles, and social media updates.

Ensure that content aligns with our brand messaging and target audience.

Optimize content for both search engines and user engagement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Real Estate lead generation and SEO.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using SEO tools and analytics software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
