Job Description
To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Supervisor, to drive both innovation and execution in our busy Transportation network.
Job Responsibilities:
a- First and foremost, support the overall, daily management of operational duties. This will mean deputizing for the Operations Manager, as and when required: you’ll step in on their behalf where necessary.
b- Monitoring the coordinator and associate performance and coaching them when needed, partnering with supporting departments to improve logistics processes and operations, communicating with our delivery service providers to set our expectations and raise the bar on quality on their deliverables.
c- Responsible for briefing and monitoring the workload of all drivers and associates.
d- You are expected to be flexible to work in different shifts and to do overtime when needed.
Job Requirements:
a- You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
b- Ability to manage and lead a team
c- Flexible with rotating shifts
