Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot hardware , including but not limited to:
• Latest-generation servers (e.g., Dell EMC, HPE ProLiant)
• Network devices (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Ubiquiti)
• Endpoint systems (laptops, desktops, thin clients, tablets, mobile devices)
• Storage solutions (SAN, NAS, cloud-integrated storage like NetApp, Pure Storage)
• Work with software ecosystems , such as:
• Operating Systems: Windows 11, macOS Ventura, Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu), iOS, Android
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud
• Virtualization Tools: VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix
• Collaboration Tools: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom
• Cybersecurity Solutions: Sophos, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, FireEye, Fortinet
• Database Management: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Develop and implement IT solutions , such as:
• System integration and migration strategies
• Advanced networking (SD-WAN, 5G, Wi-Fi 6)
• Cybersecurity frameworks (Zero Trust, SOC operations)
• Cloud-native architecture and DevOps pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
• AI/ML and data analytics pipelines using TensorFlow, Power BI, Tableau

What We're Looking For:

• Junior Roles: Enthusiasm to learn and basic understanding of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Senior Roles: Strong expertise in end-to-end IT solutions, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Security+/Network+).
