In this role, you will be responsible for proactively contacting potential customers to generate new reservations and increase revenue. You will utilize your excellent communication skills and product knowledge to effectively engage with customers and close deals.Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
• Sales and Upselling: Actively sell reservations and identify opportunities to upsell additional services and packages.
• Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Reservation Management: Accurately process and manage reservations in our reservation system.
• Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Adherence to Standards: Comply with company policies, procedures, and sales targets.
