Manlift Middle East LLC is looking for a result oriented, dynamic individual to join our marketing team and drive our digital presence to new heights.
Purpose/Overview
This role will be responsible for efficient and effective operation of the Dubai / Abu Dhabi Hire Desk functions;
additionally, there will be some interaction and guidance responsibility within the operations, commercial and technical team.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Understands and performs all "rental cycle" tasks with the rental desk teams this includes but not limited to, transport & logistics, telematics monitoring, administration related to hire desk operations, account release request with credit control team.
• Understands and performs the timeliness and accuracy of the rental desk team's data and status updates in the Insphire/Netsuite platform and any other agreed data management tools.
• Understands and performs communication pathways (phone, email, verbal, system) for internal and external machine rental related requests, following the correct processes, with a view to elimination of waste and duplications (defects).
• Preparing hire agreements and emailing to the customer.
• Following up hire agreements, LPO's prior to delivery of machines.
• Ensures rental agreements, delivery notes/collection notes, LPO's that are required to enable a machine on/off hire are accurately completed, filed and updated in the system.
• Collecting "pre-delivery" photographs of the machines & having them filed in the system.
• Preparing the delivery notes and providing them to the transporter.
• Preparing a job file against each sales order & filing the documents, including delivery note acknowledgements.
• Actively answering calls from customers & forwarding the information and updating the customer inquiry log.
• Checking customer emails, liaising with commercial and technical staff closely for coordination of each specific job
• Scheduling of IPAF and or Familiarization request from Clients or Account Managers as when required. Filing of duly filled familiarization certificates upon the completion of the operator familiarization.
• Occasionally will provide additional reporting / KPI's to operations manager, related to rental desk function as required.
• Monitor and share appropriate customer damaged details to technical team for creation of damage advice notes & notification to customer.
• To assist the commercial team to achieve the targets for rental revenue, new customer creation, machines rented on time, inquiry generation and other system documentation necessary.
• To coordinate and maintain the NPS feedback from each customer after completing the rental agreement.
• Facilitate gathering evidence and records for Damage Claim process (photos, damage report, advice note, other relevant documents), notify customer and liaise with relevant team members for other information needed (e.g. drivers, field technicians, 1st checkers, account manager, credit control, etc).
Cold calling the passive customers to Win-back / re-activate customer accounts.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a customer service or hire desk role, preferably in the equipment rental industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
