Position Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hindi-speaking female Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of our business in the vehicle rental and passenger transport sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company targets.
• Identify and approach potential clients in the heavy machinery and light vehicle rental and passenger transport sectors.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the transport or vehicle rental industry.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Goal-oriented with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi market is a plus.
