We are looking for a new principal to join our team and foster a healthy learning environment for our students. Your primary responsibilities will be to supervise our education staff and oversee day-to-day school operations.
To succeed in this role, you should be able to make quick decisions under pressure and have a comprehensive understanding of the national education system and its regulations. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are also important skills you should demonstrate as a principal.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day school operations Manage school logistics and budgets Set learning goals for students and teachers based on national curricula Monitor and report on teacher performance Present data from school performance to board members Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching Interview and hire school personnel Review and implement school policies Provide guidance and counseling to teachers Handle emergencies and school crises Organize school events and assemblies Ensure a safe and clean environment for students (e.g. implementing hygiene rules) Attend conferences to gain knowledge on current educational trends

Qualifications and Experience Required for ADEK Approval:Principal Role: School-based role with the highest level of responsibility for leadership and management. All staff report to the Principal.
Minimum Eligibility: Candidates must match one of the following eligibility profiles:
Profile 1: Main Qualification: QFE 9 (Master\'s Degree) in Educational Leadership
Experience:8 years in education, including: 5 years of teaching AND 2 years as Vice Principal OR 3 years as a Senior Leader
Profile 2: Main Qualification: QFE 9 (Master\'s Degree) in any subject Additional Qualification: Coursework in educational and/or organizational leadership
Experience:8 years in education, including: 5 years of teaching AND 2 years as Vice Principal OR 3 years as a Senior Leader
Profile 3: Main Qualification: QFE 7 (Bachelor\'s Degree) in any subject Additional Qualification: Coursework in educational and/or organizational leadership
Experience:10 years in education, including: 5 years of teaching AND 2 years as Vice Principal OR 4 years as a Senior Leader
Additional Requirements: Educational Leadership Standards Assessment and/or other relevant valid licenses. Minimum 8 years of leadership experience, preferably as Principal or Vice Principal. Proven success in managing diverse teams. Experience in implementing innovative teaching aligned with UK curriculum. Familiarity with UK curriculum development and assessment processes.
UAE Experience and Cultural Competence: Substantial experience in UAE education sector. In-depth knowledge of UAE culture, norms, and educational landscape. Understanding of ADEK inspection processes and compliance. Ability to engage effectively with UAE parents and stakeholders.
Nationality: UK or Ireland nationality required.
