Job Description

We are looking for a

Helper

to assist in

carpentry and fit-out works

. The role involves supporting skilled carpenters in

cutting, assembling, installing, and finishing wood and other materials

used in interior fit-outs. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, physically fit, and willing to learn on the job.

Key Responsibilities



Support Carpentry & Fit-Out Work



Assist

carpenters in measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling

wood and joinery materials. Carry and hold materials, panels, and tools during installations. Help in fixing

doors, partitions, flooring, cabinets, and furniture

.

Material Handling & Preparation



Load, unload, and transport

wood, plywood, laminates, and other materials

to the worksite. Prepare materials by sanding, painting, or polishing surfaces. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Tool & Equipment Assistance



Pass tools and equipment to carpenters as needed. Operate

basic hand tools and power tools

under supervision. Ensure all tools are properly stored and maintained after use.

Experience & Skills



At least 2 years of experience

in a similar role. Basic knowledge of

carpentry, woodworking, and construction work

. Ability to

lift heavy materials and assist in installations

. Willingness to

learn and follow instructions

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
