Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Helper with prior experience in the auto spare parts industry to assist in various tasks within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of auto parts, excellent teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with Inventory Management : Help in receiving, sorting, and organizing auto spare parts in the warehouse.
• Order Preparation : Support the team in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to customers and service centers.
• Stock Maintenance : Assist in conducting regular stock counts and maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
• Quality Control : Check incoming shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Loading and Unloading : Help load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring safe handling of all items.
• Team Support : Collaborate with store keepers and other staff to meet operational goals and ensure efficient workflow.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in the auto spare parts industry is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of auto parts and components.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality in attendance.
