Job Description

We are seeking a hardworking and motivated Civil Construction Worker Helper to assist our team on various construction sites. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in the civil construction industry while providing essential support to skilled workers and contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers with a variety of tasks, including:
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials, tools, and equipment.
• Clearing debris and preparing work areas.
• Mixing and pouring concrete (as instructed).
• Operating basic construction equipment under supervision.
• Performing basic excavation and demolition tasks (as instructed).
• Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Read and understand basic instructions and complete tasks as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate effectively with other construction workers, supervisors, and laborers.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic, with a positive attitude and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to perform physical labour, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and dependable, with a consistent attendance record.
