Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers in performing civil construction tasks such as masonry, carpentry, plumbing, or concreting.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the worksite.
• Prepare work areas by cleaning and setting up for construction activities.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete or other construction materials.
• Handle basic tools and equipment efficiently under supervision.
• Ensure proper storage and maintenance of tools and materials.
• Support the team in lifting, carrying, and positioning materials as needed.
• Comply with safety regulations and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a civil construction environment is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
• Basic knowledge of tools and construction materials.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and under varying weather conditions.
