Receive & process incoming invoices, prepare outgoing invoices.
Assist in preparing all documents to be signed by Manager.
Coordinate with other departments and outside entities
Prepare support documents for boats and crew e.g. LOA
Coordinate with boat owners for any boat/crew technical issue.
Conduct market research
Assist in preparing tender documents, contracts etc
Coordinate pre and post tanker loading activities
Requirements
Minimum Qualification:
Degree/Diploma.
Minimum Experience:
3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in clerical duties in the department handling technical documents/contract documents. Preferred, if having Experience as a Marine/Aviation clerk.
