Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads to prevent shifting during transport. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, both inside and out, to promote safety and professionalism while on the job. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and address any issues that may arise during the hauling process. Desired Candidate Profile
