Overview
We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials over various routes.
Duties
• Operate and drive different types of trucks, such as flatbed, refrigerated trailers, or dump trucks
• Transport and deliver goods over local or long-distance routes
• Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
• Follow specific instructions regarding routes and delivery schedules
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
• Maintain accurate driving logs
• Communicate with dispatchers and team members effectively
Skills
• Commercial driving experience
• Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to handle various types of trucks including tractor-trailers
• Experience with route driving and delivery driver duties
• Capability to load and unload cargo safely
• Familiarity with refrigerated trailers for temperature-sensitive cargo
