Requirements : Education - Either High School Diploma or Equivalent, and Technical training or certification in heavy machinery operation. Should have prior experience (at least 2-5 years) handling heavy equipments like : 1. Excavators Caterpillar 320 D /330D/ 336 D Komatsu PC 200/ PC 300 / PC 400 JCB JS200/ JS330 / JS460 2. Bulldozers Caterpillar D6/D7/D8/D9 Komatsu D65/ D85/ D155/ D375 Liebherr PR736/ PR756/ PR776 3. Loaders Caterpillar 950H/ 966H/ 980H Komatsu WA320/ WA380/ WA500 Volvo L90/L120/ L180 4. Dump Trucks Caterpillar 770/ 773/ 777/ 785 Volvo A25/ A40/ A60 Bell B40/B50/B60 5. Skid Steer Loaders Bobcat S570 /S650/ S770 Case SR160/ SR200/ SR270 John Deere 312 GR/ 314G/ 316 GR 6. Compact Track Loaders Bobcat T590/ T650/ T770 Kubota SVL75/ SVL95 Must be physically fit and ready to work in all sorts of environment. Should have a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures. Certifications in Health and Safety is an added advantage. Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and other necessary licenses and certifications based on the equipment they operate. Must have good communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities : Operate heavy equipment including but not limited to bulldozers, excavators, loaders, graders, and cranes. Safely maneuver machinery to perform tasks such as digging, grading, trenching, and loading/unloading materials. Conduct pre-operational checks to ensure equipment is in proper working condition and report any defects or malfunctions. Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions to accurately complete assigned tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of equipment and tools. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and achieve project goals. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed to prolong lifespan and ensure optimal performance. Monitor fuel and fluid levels and replenish as necessary to keep equipment operational. Attending training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry best practices and equipment advancements.
