Position: Meal Plan Business Team Member Location: Dubai Responsibilities: Menu Development:Collaborate with chefs and nutritionists to create diverse and appealing weekly menus that align with customer preferences and dietary needs.
Stay updated on food trends, nutritional guidelines, and customer feedback to continuously enhance our meal offerings. Ingredient Sourcing and Management:Work closely with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality and fresh ingredients for meal preparation.
Manage inventory and implement efficient systems for ingredient procurement to minimize waste and maximize cost-effectiveness. Meal Preparation and Quality Control:Oversee the production of meals, ensuring adherence to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to guarantee consistency in taste, presentation, and nutritional content. Logistics and Delivery Coordination:Collaborate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of meal plans to customers.
Monitor delivery routes, optimize schedules, and address any issues that may arise during the delivery process. Customer Service:Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns regarding meal plans in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer needs and continuously improve the overall customer experience. Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including chefs, nutritionists, customer service, and logistics, to achieve company goals and objectives.
Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and actively engage in problem-solving discussions. Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food industry, culinary arts, or meal planning is preferred.
