Job Summary:



We are seeking a

Licensing and Healthcare Recruiter

to join our healthcare consulting agency in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have a

strong healthcare background

, expertise in

UAE healthcare licensing standards (DHA, HAAD/DOH, MOH)

, and experience using

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

.

This role involves recruiting healthcare professionals, managing the licensing process, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:



Healthcare Recruitment:



Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals for various roles in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities. Utilize

ATS applications

to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment processes efficiently. Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates from local and international markets. Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and healthcare institutions.

Licensing & Compliance:



Guide candidates through the

DHA, HAAD/DOH, and MOH licensing

process to ensure compliance with UAE regulations. Review and verify credentials, certifications, and qualifications required for licensing. Liaise with regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth and timely licensing approvals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE healthcare licensing requirements and policies.

Client & Candidate Management:



Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, providing professional support throughout the recruitment and licensing process. Advise candidates on licensing timelines, document preparation, and application procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations and government bodies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in

Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Business, or a related field

(Healthcare-related qualification preferred).

Experience:

Minimum

2-3 years

of experience in

healthcare recruitment

and

licensing

in the UAE.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of

UAE healthcare licensing standards

(DHA, HAAD/DOH, MOH). Experience with

ATS applications

and other recruitment tools. Familiarity with

UAE labor laws and healthcare compliance regulations

.

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

and recruitment software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
