Assist healthcare professionals with patient care tasks, such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and dressing wounds. Provide support to patients and their families, including answering questions, providing information, and offering emotional support. Maintain patient records and documentation accurately and confidentially. Prepare examination rooms and medical equipment for procedures and treatments. Follow infection control protocols and ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) preferred. Proven experience in a healthcare or patient care setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassion, empathy, and patience. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
